Round bottle feeding operation debugging steps
Step ①. First, visually confirm that the taper of the fixture is horizontal. If the fixture is tilted, please switch to the manual screen, set the appropriate taper speed, and press the down (increase) or down (up) button to adjust the fixture to the horizontal state, as shown in the figure below. Then press and hold the “Reset” button on the main screen of the touch screen to reset the coordinate position to zero, as shown in the figure below:

Step ②. Match the main chuck of the round bottle (all the main chucks are customized according to each customer’s product, the following chucks are only for operation reference) and the slave chuck (the following is the old slave chuck), respectively inserted into the left shaft and right bearing of the fixture and tighten the screws (this step can be ignored if the clamp has been installed on the fixture), as shown in Figure 2:

Step ③. Let’s take a thermos cup as an example, insert the mouth end of the round bottle thermos cup to be printed horizontally toward the main chuck, as shown in Figure 3-1. In the manual state of the touch screen, switch to the manual screen, press and hold the clamping forward key (the speed cannot be 0), and make the bottom of the bottle press the right side from the chuck (it is not necessary to fully clamp the bottle before it is fully adjusted) sub-axis). As shown below:

Step ④. After clamping the round bottle, press the rotation key with your fingernail (let go to stop the rotation), as shown in the figure below. Observe whether the bottle turns smoothly during the rotation. If the shaking is obvious, pat the bottom of the bottle up and down with your hands to make the axis of the bottom of the bottle concentric with the axis of the chuck on the right side until the rotation stops shaking up and down. Finally, turn the bottle slightly by hand to confirm that the bottle is clamped and does not slip. As shown in Figure 4-2 below:

Step ⑤. Click the left button on the top of the software (click again to stop) to make the sprayer move to the left and above the round bottle, as shown in Figure 5-1. If the clamp is too low, go back to the touch screen to switch to the “manual screen”, and adjust the round bottle to a suitable height through the up button (if the clamp has reached the upper limit and the height is not enough, you can adjust the height of the sprayer through the software lift control), as shown in the figure below. The printing height (the height of the nozzle from the printing plane) is adjusted to about 2 mm (if the material does not allow it, it can also be 4 mm, but the waveform configuration must be set consistently),
As shown in Figure 5-3. After the height is adjusted, reset the sprayer back to the original point, as shown in Figure 5-4 below:

Step ⑥. Go back to the touch screen, view the value of the current lifting coordinate axis position of the fixture, as shown in Figure, and write down the value. Then switch to the “Parameter Setting” screen, and click the input box below the “Lift Printing Position”, a value input dialog box will pop up, enter the recorded value, and confirm to exit the built-in screen. As shown in Figure :

Step ⑦. Switch to the “Manual Screen”, and press the “Down” button to lower the round bottle to a suitable position (loading position) to ensure that the fixture tray can touch the surface of the round bottle. As shown below:

Step ⑧. Adjust the adjustment plate to a proper position and lock the screws, loosen the guide rail fixing screws, adjust the guide rails on both sides to be parallel and lock the guide rail screws, loosen the four torx handles counterclockwise, and push the four trays in turn. Close the bottles, and after confirming that the four trays can support the round bottles, lock the plum blossom handle clockwise, as shown in Figure 8-1:

Step ⑨. Go back to the touch screen, check the current position of the lifting axis, and write down the value. Switch to the “Parameter Setting” screen, click the input box below the “Lifting and Loading Position”,
A value input dialog box will pop up, and input the recorded value, as shown in the figure below:
Step ⑩. Then set the clamping speed, distance, time (if you don’t need to beep after printing, please set the buzzer time to 0), and other parameters, in turn, exit the screen after confirming, as shown in the figure below:

Step ⑪. Finally, switch the manual state to the automatic state. If there is no response, press and hold the “Reset” button, and the operation mode will automatically switch to the automatic state after the fixture is reset, as shown in the figure below:
