1. The image must be converted from RGB screen color to CMYK printing four colors.
2. The image must be 300DPI or above, and the format must be TIFF, AI, and other vector formats.

4. The value of any CMYK color should not be less than 8%.
5. When using CMYK, the sum of the four colors should be kept below 200%, because different materials have different ink absorption degrees, reducing the occurrence of difficult drying.
6. When using 100K large color blocks, adding 30C can make the printed black more solid.
7. Make a sample before printing to ensure that the color and content are printed and processed correctly.
8. Different materials have different ink-receiving abilities, which will affect the final printing effect.
9. More processing steps or more complex printing requirements will greatly increase production time.
10. Humid weather may make it difficult for printed products to dry, and they need to be left for more than 2 hours to dry and solidify thoroughly.
