Because alcohol can cool the material, it can keep the material at a certain low temperature, so that it can survive high temperatures. At that time, there is a certain degree of resistance to prevent deformation, so this is also a very common way to deal with it.

Increase the temperature settings of the UV lamp and the heating installation. The temperature of the UV lamp and the heating installation on the nozzle in the UV flat-panel machine can be adjusted. We can increase the temperature of the UV lamp and the heating installation to make The temperature not so low during printing so that the printed material will never be deformed. This also has certain limitations: the UV lamp and heating installation are used to dry the ink quickly, if it is adjusted higher, the ink will never be so difficult to dry. Therefore, when the temperature setting is lowered, the printing speed is set as a low speed to deal with this problem.

Plan Four:

Keep the temperature of the printing space sufficiently hot, suitable for summer. Because of the hot summer, you will never feel bad when you turn on the cold air conditioner. If the air temperature and humidity are high enough, it can also resist UV light and heating. Install the function of high temperature.
