Getting to Know the Touchscreen Interface

When the touch screen is powered on, the power indicator (PWR) LED is always on; after the COM serial port is successfully connected to the PLC, the serial port connection (COM) LED is always on, indicating that the communication with the PLC is successful; when the touch screen is touched, the touch indicator ( TCH) LED is always on and will not be on when there is no touch. When operating the touch screen, it is recommended that you use your fingernails for higher sensitivity.
Running monitor screen

①. Beijing time: Display the current China standard time.
② . Screen name: Display the main screen name.
③. Fixture coordinates: display the clamping position, lifting position, and taper position, which cannot be set but can only be viewed.
④. Taper adjustment: Use the up (increase) key and down (decrease) key to controlling the taper of the conical printing surface to be parallel to the nozzle. Because each cone is different, the taper adjustment has no action in the automatic state mode.
⑤. Output: Display the completed output of the printer, loading, and unloading is one output, press and holds the reset button to reset the output.
⑥. Operation mode: divided into manual state and automatic state. In the manual state, it is necessary to switch to the “manual screen” screen to control the action of the fixture for the single axis alone; in the automatic state, the automatic loading and unloading of round bottle printing can be realized through the loading and unloading keys.
⑦. Automatic control button: The loading and unloading button is valid when the operation mode is automatic. When the loading and unloading button does not respond, please reset the parameter settings; Pause button: Press it in the automatic state to pause the action; Reset button: Up After power on, please press and hold the reset button to reset the coordinates to zero. Before returning to zero, please manually level the taper to a horizontal line and then return to zero tapers.
⑧. Screen switching button: Click to enter the corresponding screen, which is parameter setting (setting fixture speed, distance, position, time and other parameters), manual screen (when the operating mode is manual, you can control the action of a single axis of the fixture separately) , I/O monitoring (monitoring whether the status of PLC input/output points is normal) and alarm display (alarm prompt when abnormal).
Parameter setting screen

This screen allows to set the parameters (speed, distance, and position) for loading and unloading.
① . Clipping forward speed: Set the speed of clipping forward (to the right) when feeding in the automatic state.
② . Clipping backward speed: Set the speed of clipping backward (to the left) when unloading in the automatic state.
③ . Retraction distance between clamping and feeding: set the backward (to the left) distance of unloading and unloading in the automatic state, that is, the distance between the current position and the target position.
④. Clipping limit distance: Set the travel distance of clipping, when clipping exceeds the set position, the clamp will automatically stop clipping.
⑤. Buzzer time after printing: After printing is completed, the buzzer will beep according to the set time. If set to 5 seconds, the buzzer will sound for 5 seconds after printing.
⑥. Automatic lifting speed: set the lifting speed when loading and unloading the automatic state fixture.
⑦. Lifting and unloading (loading/unloading) position: Set the position where the jig lowers when it is automatically unloading in the automatic state, that is, the position where the material is placed (loaded).
⑧ . Lifting printing position: Set the position where the automatic lifting stops when the fixture is loaded in the automatic state.
⑨. Clamping delay: During automatic feeding, in order to stabilize the sensor for clamping in place, the bottle can be clamped more by setting the delay time. Usually, the setting time is between 0.1 and 0.3.
⑩ . Parameter input box: Click any parameter input box, and a “built-in screen” will pop up, set the appropriate parameter value according to your needs, and press the Enter key to exit the screen, as shown below:

Manual screen

①. Coordinate position: View the coordinate position of each axis of the current fixture. The parameters of loading and unloading are generally obtained manually to obtain the accurate coordinate position.
②. Manual clamping setting: input the appropriate speed (generally, it is more appropriate to set the value within 50), and press the forward or backward key to clamp or loosen the clamp.
③ . Manual lowering setting: Input the appropriate speed (the value is generally set within 20, which is more suitable), and press the up or down key to make the fixture go up and down.
④. Manual taper setting: input a suitable speed (generally, it is more appropriate to set the value within 5), and press the up (increase) or down (decrease) key to adjust the fixture to a suitable taper.
⑤. Manual rotation setting: input a suitable speed (generally, it is more appropriate to set the value within 5). In order to confirm whether the cylindrical material shakes when unloading, you can adjust the material by pressing the rotation key to making the material rotate smoothly while observing.
I/O monitor screen

⑥. Input points: X00-X13 are inputs. When the light is on, it means that the sensor corresponding to the fixture has sensed. Note: X01 to X06 are sensor inputs (there is no design for X02/X05/X06 machines, X07 is to be reserved, and X10-X13 are button inputs).
⑦. Output points: Y00-Y11 are output. When the light is on, it means that there is signal output. The output point corresponding to the pulse is lit to indicate that there is a pulse signal, regardless of the forward and reverse directions, and the output point corresponding to the direction is turned off or lit to indicate the forward and reverse direction signals respectively. Y10 Start printing: When the light is on, it means that there is a trigger signal output immediately after loading.
⑧. Status indicator light: When the sensor or button is triggered, the input monitoring light is on, indicating that the corresponding input point is in a normal state. When the output point status indicator is on, it means that there is signal output.
Alarm display screen

⑨. Alarm record: When a warning occurs, it will be recorded in this list.
⑩. Alarm refresh: After eliminating the fault, press the alarm refresh button to clear all records in the list.
