After the head presses ink, the head state diagram can be printed normally, and the value of negative pressure often changes. There are two reasons for the analysis.
1: The head pipeline is blocked after long-term use, resulting in unstable air pressure.
2: In the ink circuit system, some items have air leakage.
The first situation when there is a problem: please replace the ink circuit system directly. Generally, the ink circuit system is cleaned once in 3 months, replaced once in 6 months, and completely replaced in 12 months.
In the second case, please check the ink path first. If there is no problem with the ink path, please check the heads. You can try to swap the two heads to see if another color will have an intermittent inkjet.
