Application of UV printer in bookmark printing

Table Of Contents

What is a bookmark?

Bookmarks are small pieces of paper that are used to mark where you have read and record your reading progress. They have been around for a long time. The processes for making patterns on their surfaces are also quite rich, including nickel-plated paint, sand-plated nickel, UV printing, pad printing, gold-plated paint, two-color electroplating, photo printing, etc.

Suitable materials for UV printing bookmarks:

1. Wood, cardboard.

2. PP, PVC.

3. Some are imitation leather and cloth.

4. Metal.

5. Plant leaves, etc.

Bookmark UV printing effect diagram:

Uv printing bookmarks have relatively high pixel requirements for pictures, and the following are recommended:

1. Original pictures taken by digital cameras/SLR/mobile phones with more than 8 million pixels

2. High-quality pictures downloaded from material websites (pictures larger than 800K)

Do not use the following four types of pictures; otherwise, the quality of pattern printing will be reduced:

1. Pictures taken by mobile phones with fewer than 8 million pixels (more noise, fewer pixels).

2. Pictures with severe color cast (yellowish, reddish, dark, poor finished product effect).

3. Pictures downloaded from Weibo and personal space (severely compressed).

4. Pictures compressed or specially processed by Meitu Xiuxiu and Photo Magic.

Uv printing on bookmarks can directly print patterns without pre-press and post-press processing. It is very simple.
