There are two common processes for making patterns on skateboards.
The first one is to use a photo printer to print the pattern under the PVC self-adhesive sticker, and then stick it on the skateboard.
Although the sticker is waterproof, it is not wear-resistant. After a while, it will wear and fade, and the edges will easily curl up.
The second is the increasingly popular UV printing process, which directly sprays the pattern on the surface of the skateboard.
On the one hand, it saves the process and reduces the scrap rate. On the other hand, there will be no peeling and curling of the edges in the later stage, which is more practical.
Skateboard UV printing effect:

Skateboard materials suitable for UV printing:
1. Maple.
2. Aluminum alloy.
3. Carbon fiber.
4. Titanium alloy.
It should be noted that if it is a metal skateboard, it is necessary to wipe the metal coating before printing. Considering the wear resistance and waterproofness in the later stage, it is necessary to spray a layer of transparent varnish on the surface of the printed pattern.
