Below is how to clean the head nozzle in all steps, please check it.
- The printer shuts down, and the power goes out. Take out the phone case jig or tray.
- Use disposable cups/smaller boxes to process them so that they can be placed directly to receive the waste ink underneath the printhead.
- Use high concentrations of 95% alcohol or a specialty cleaning solution.
- Unzip the color ink sac that needs to be flushed and fit the hose with a syringe. Insert the jet into the ink socket and pour in with a suitable force. Note that the screw hose and the ink mouth of the jet should be tightened when rushing the head. The liquid cannot leak out to the discharge line during friction.
- Flushing will have a drain column, and shallow spraying and incomplete output will produce poor printing results.
- Press the ink sac back, press tight, and remove the waste ink. Note: when packing back the ink bag, do not move or pull the line.
- Rub the liquid off the surface of the spray head with a tissue.
- Attach the screw back to the front of the vehicle and fix it, then turn on the machine and ink it to clean the print test strip.
This method is suitable for all inkjet printers.
