4. Pick up the ink bag
5. Unscrew the 4 fixing screws of the head
6. Take out the head
7. Replace a new head
8. When replacing a new head, there must be no liquid at the head cable outlet. The cable contact points at both ends must remain intact and cannot be skewed when docking the head outlet. The cable contact point and the head interface point must be completely aligned and inserted to the bottom.
9. Install the silicone gasket. Clean the silicone sheet with ink (no silicone sheet is needed for the head without silicone sheet)
10. Put the head back and install the fixing screws. The screws should not be installed too tightly. Observe whether the head and the bottom plate are flat and whether the head is firmly fixed
11. Replace the ink sac in order, flatten, and press tightly
12. Check whether the cable end is complete and cannot be rolled up, or is missing the core
13. The right cable is inserted into the first port in front of the head small board, and the left cable is inserted into the second port of the head small board. The cable port cannot be skewed, the contact point cannot be rolled up, and each point must be aligned
14. You can open the upper cover of the machine shell, and it will be very convenient and accurate to insert the cable. Please repeatedly confirm the installation order of the cable. It cannot be skewed, and the contact point is complete
15. Replace the hood, and be careful not to press the cable-skewed
16. The UV lamp line needs to be put back into the slot
17. After confirmation, turn on the power, install the fixing screws, and then fill the ink to clean and print the test strip
