Reason:
1. The directory where the curve is placed is incorrect.
2. The name of the curve is wrong.
Solution:
1. When making a curve, please select the corresponding printer. If the curve has been completed but the printer is selected by mistake, you can find it in the corresponding directory and put it in the directory corresponding to this printer.
2. Change to the standard name or uncheck “Only display curves that support the current print mode” in the print confirmation box.
