1- Turn on the machine every day and use the software to clean the print head
2- After cleaning, print the nozzle status (there is a Nozzle Status in the Adjust, click it and the printer will print the color lines and white lines), and see how the lines of the color ink and white ink look like. Once the lines are complete, you can start printing
3- If the color lines are not complete, click the Clean button and clean it twice more.
4- Then print the patch map (CMYK), one or two times.
5- If there is no printing task that day, repeat the above 4 operations. Do not turn off the machine after finishing get off work, and then turn off the machine after you get off work. The shutdown procedure is to close the software first and then shut down the machine.
6- Repeat the above steps like this, and the machine can run very stably.
If the picture is blurred in printing, you can check it in the following aspects:
1 – First, make sure that the original drawing is clear.
2 – If the picture is clear and the print is still blurry, check whether the print height is less than 5mm. The printing height is the distance between the printing head and the printed objects. The closer the distance is, the better, but the surface of the nozzle cannot be scratched. The best distance is the thickness of a coin. After the height is adjusted, you can move the head left and right and move the platform front and rear to ensure that there is no scratch, and then send the print task.
3 – If the distance is OK and still blurry, print the status chart of the nozzle to see if each color line is complete. If too many lines are missing, it will also lead to blurring or other bad effects.
