UV coating is refined from special modified resin, special auxiliary materials, or special polymer materials. It is suitable for glass, ceramic tile, metal, melamine board, nylon, PET, PVC, PC, ABS, stone, and other materials. Its main function is to enhance the adhesion of UV printing patterns. It has the properties of fast drying speed, low odor, strong water resistance, and waterproofing. The coating is for materials and inks, one material and one coating, and the performance of UV ink should be considered at the same time.

UV coating precautions:

1. UV coating materials should be of reliable quality as far as possible, and they should be repeatedly tested by the original equipment manufacturers.
2. Different materials use different UV coatings; do not mix them.
3. In humid weather and low temperatures, UV coating needs to be left for a while after spraying, and the effect will be good after it is completely dry.
4. UV coating is to temporarily add a small amount of curing agent according to the needs before use. If a lot of coating is applied at one time, the coating will dry easily, which will cause waste.
5. UV coating is flammable; please stay away from fire.
6. If the UV coating accidentally enters your eyes, please rinse with clean water in time and seek medical attention.

How to use the UV coating for better results:

1. The coating needs to be “evenly” sprayed or rubbed on the product. Some places cannot be sprayed with the coating, and some places are still blank.
2. Pay attention to the thickness of the spray. It cannot be too thick or too thin. Too thin will have no effect. Too thick will reduce the adhesion of the pattern.
3. After the coating is sprayed, you need to wait for the coating to dry thoroughly before printing, so that the effect will be better. It should be noted that the coating placement time on different materials is different; some are half an hour, some are 1 hour, etc.
4. The coating preparation ratio is not fixed. When the weather temperature and humidity change, the original ratio should also be adjusted appropriately.
5. Inadequate cleaning of the material surface will cause dust spots or poor adhesion on the product surface. There must be no water or oil stains.

Coating storage conditions:

1. Can be placed in an environment of 5-25℃;
2. Place in a cool, dry, ventilated room, away from fire, heat sources, and direct sunlight;
3. The storage period is one year. It must be stirred or shaken evenly before use. If not used up, it must be sealed.
