Print head maintenance

In order to ensure that the printing equipment of the high-speed bottle printer maintains a good printing state at any time, the daily maintenance and maintenance of the equipment must be done well.

Precautions

①. Make sure to turn on the flash spray switch when turning on the machine, and keep the flash spray on when it is in standby.

②. It is strongly recommended to print the head test chart before shutting down the machine every day to ensure that the head status is normal, and feel at ease.

③. Do not place sundries on the fixture, in case you forget to take it away and scratch the head

④. Check the grounding wire frequently to prevent damage to the print head caused by static electricity.

⑤. For high-speed bottle printers, pay attention to cleaning the bottom of the head. Every 3-4 hours of work, clean the head to prevent the surface of the head from curing

⑥. Turn on the machine every day to prevent head clogging; do not use the machine for more than three days, and do a good job of moisturizing the head and ink stack to prevent dust and light from entering.

⑦. The data line socket of the head cannot be touched by hand to prevent oxidation.

⑧ . The data cable of the print head must be aligned with the socket, and cannot be inserted hard. If the pinhole is damaged or inserted crookedly, resulting in poor contact or even a short circuit, the print head will not work normally.

⑨ . No ink, cleaning fluid, and other liquids can enter the head socket. If the socket is polluted, try to clean it with alcohol.

⑩. The head must maintain a good heat dissipation environment during use, otherwise, the circuit of the head will be easily damaged.

⑪. Static electricity can seriously damage the circuit part of the print head. When operating the print head or touching the plug board of the print head, the operator must eliminate the static electricity.

⑫ . If there is a disconnection of the head during printing, the printing must be suspended to press the ink. If the head is seriously blocked, the head can be cleaned with cleaning fluid, and then the ink will be flushed out.

Note: After cleaning the seriously clogged head, it will cause a color difference.

⑬ . When checking the status of the heads, make sure that the status of the heads of all colors is normal.

⑭ . After printing, if the printer is no longer used, please seal the protective film on the head mirror.

⑮ . Simple cleaning: make the head unblocked by pressing the ink. Or use a soft brush dipped in the head cleaning solution to clean off the ink on the head surface, and use a syringe to suck out the residual ink in the head to make the head unblocked.

⑯. Moderate cleaning: before cleaning, fill the syringe with a cleaning tube with a cleaning solution; when cleaning, first unplug the ink tube, and then insert the cleaning tube into the ink inlet of the head, so that the cleaning liquid with pressure Enter the head until the ink in the head is flushed clean.

⑰. Deep cleaning: The heads with severe head clogging must be removed and cleaned thoroughly. It can be soaked for a long time (to dissolve the ink condensed in the heads), or cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner (note that the cleaning time should not exceed 1 minute to avoid damage to the head circuit), and can also be directly handed over to the technician who cleans the head for maintenance.

⑱ . The head in front of the head is made of polyimide film. Be careful when storing, loading and unloading, cleaning, and soaking the head; if it is damaged by a hard object, the oblique spray line of the head will not be straight.

⑲ . To clean the print head, be sure to use a special cleaning solution for ink.

⑳ . The heads in use should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly. When not in use for a long time, the heads can be removed to keep moisture for a long time.

㉑ . The clogging of the heads of high-speed bottle printers is generally the result of long-term accumulation. Users must keep their heads unblocked when using them.

㉒ . When the print head is not used for a long time or on a long vacation, the print head needs to be cleaned and maintained to prevent the head from being blocked by ink due to the long-term non-use of the print head. Do a good job in the daily maintenance and maintenance of the high-speed bottle printer, so that the equipment can operate more efficiently and generate more income. These are the maintenance knowledge summarized for everyone. If you encounter any problems when using the printing equipment, you can call or Whatsapp for consultation.

Print head maintenance

The reasons for head clogging of high-speed bottle printers can be divided into soft clogging of heads and hard clogging of heads. Mostly, there are larger particles in the ink, which are blocked in the head, or it may be that the printer has not been used for a long time, and the ink has dried up in the head. Or different inks are mixed with each other to produce chemical reactions. Handling of head soft plugging: soft plugging refers to a disconnection fault caused by the viscosity of the ink on the head becoming larger due to various reasons. The treatment methods for different plugging situations are as follows:

1) Press the ink key to clean. If the head is not blocked seriously, it should be flushed away within three times. If it cannot be opened three times, it means that the head is seriously blocked. No matter how many cleaning times, it may not be effective, and a lot of ink is wasted. At this time, it is necessary to remove the print head, check the clogging situation and deal with it further.

(2) Due to the air resistance between the ink cartridge and the print head, there will be a small amount of irregular disconnection. At this time, there is no need to clean it repeatedly, and it will be completely normal after the standby flash spray is left for a period of time.

Head cleaning

When the head is not used for a long time or on a long holiday, it is necessary to clean and maintain the head to prevent the head hole from being blocked by ink due to the head not being used for a long time.

Operation steps

Step ①. First, make sure that the ink valve is closed and the printer is powered off.

Step ②. Then prepare special cleaning solution, head moisturizing solution (negligible if conditions do not permit), 2 disposable syringes, plastic wrap, dust-free cloth, and light-transmitting cloth (strips Items are not allowed and can be ignored) and other items, as shown in the figure below:

Step ③. Flush with gas first. Unscrew the ink tube connector at the upper end of the butterfly filter counterclockwise (the lower end is also acceptable, as long as the connector can be connected), suck up the syringe with the ink tube connector covered with air, then screw the connector on the filter, and push it in slightly. At this time, the ink stored in the head and the ink tube are squeezed out under the action of air pressure. Repeat this operation several times until the ink is flushed from the head, as shown in the figure below:

Step ④. Then rinse with a special cleaning solution. Pour out an appropriate amount of cleaning solution into a disposable cup, use a syringe to absorb a certain amount of cleaning solution, tighten the connector clockwise to the upper end of the filter (or the ink tube connector), push the syringe in slightly to inject the cleaning solution, and the head The ink stored inside and in the ink tube is squeezed out under the action of the liquid. Repeat this operation several times until the flushed cleaning solution is transparent.

Step ⑤. Then draw air into the syringe to wash away the residual cleaning fluid of the head, so as not to corrode the head.

Step ⑥. Finally, wipe the head, inject moisturizing fluid into the head, and then seal the head.

Disassembly of the head

The print head is the core component of the printer. If the print head is used for too long, it will cause problems such as aging or broken needles due to improper maintenance. At this time, we need to replace a new print head to use the printer normally. Please be careful when disassembling the print head to prevent liquid from flowing into the printer. Corrosion of the print head data cable interface damages the print head. The following will explain

head removal steps:

Step ①. Make sure that the printer is powered off and the ink valve is closed.

Step ②. Unplug the ink tube and wrap or block the ink tube. Be careful not to drop ink droplets into the head socket during operation.

Step ③. Loosen the fixing screw of the print head, pull out the data cable of the print head, and wrap it with the cloth.

Hardware Maintenance

UV lamp cooling system maintenance

Precautions for use

①. Please use pure water for the water filled into the water tank, do not use tap water to prevent impurities from remaining.

②. Change the cooling water of the water tank once a month to prolong the service life of the UV lamp, not once and for all.

③ . Before the water tank is powered on, please fill in the water and confirm that the liquid storage tank has enough water.

④. The ambient temperature for using this device must be below 35°C.

⑤. Switching sequence: When starting up, confirm that the cooling system is running before turning on the UV LED light; when shutting down, wait for 3 minutes to cool down before turning off the cooling system power supply.

⑥ . The dust filter must be cleaned once a week.

⑦. Regularly check the UL LED lamp, and wipe the stain on the glass mirror of the UV LED lamp to ensure the light transmission of the light source, so as not to affect the curing effect.

⑧ . In freezing areas in winter, cooling antifreeze must be used.

⑨ . Do not look directly at the eyes when the UV LED is working.

⑩. When the UV LED is working, please operate carefully to prevent the head from being irradiated.

Other maintenance and maintenance

① . Use a dust-free cloth dipped in pure alcohol to clean the ink-stained parts, such as the flat wire of the head, every month.

②. Do not switch on and off frequently, and the interval between switching on and off should not be less than 15 seconds.

③. Regularly clean the guide rails, and then apply special guide rail lubricating oil to maintain the guide rails to prevent rust.

④. Clean the screw rod regularly, and then apply butter to the screw rod for maintenance.

⑤. Regularly clean the printer, completely cut off the power when cleaning, and check whether there is any residual dirt and foreign matter in the cleaning machine.

⑥. Regularly check whether the grounding is good, so as not to generate static electricity to burn the board or even leakage.

⑦. Store the ink bottle in a closed place away from dryness, pay attention to the storage date of the ink, and use up the ink as soon as possible after opening.

⑧. The working environment voltage of the power supply should be stable, and the fluctuation range should not exceed 10%.

⑨. The room should be well-ventilated, and the environment should be cleaned well. Dust will cause poor circuit insulation and affect printing quality.

⑩. Do not disassemble the machine casually, and notify the maintenance personnel in time if any failure occurs.

⑪ . If the machine is abnormal (such as abnormal noise), it should be shut down immediately and the maintenance personnel should be notified.

⑫ . Please use original consumables to reduce the failure rate and unnecessary trouble of the machine.

⑬ . Please check whether the false alarm switch is abnormal every month.
