What is a lighter case/shell/cover printer?

2. Metal sleeve machines, laser engraving, high engraving precision, and delicate engraving, products have a concave and convex feeling, a strong three-dimensional sense.
3. UV flatbed printer, direct inkjet form, the pattern is not restricted, in addition to ordinary color printing, it can also be 3D embossed, and three-dimensional effect printing. Compared with the above two processes, the application range is wider.
In addition, there are etching, hand-painting, and other processes, and the artistic effects of the patterns produced are different, which can meet the needs of different groups of people.

Since the printer shell itself is small in size, whether it is silk screen printing or UV printing, a mold is usually made, and the pattern will not be placed directly on the platform for printing. The mold can improve production efficiency on the one hand, and reduce the scrap rate of the pattern caused by misplacement on the other hand.
When choosing a UV printer, try to choose a nozzle with a small nozzle hole and a machine with a slightly smaller format. This, combined with the physical accuracy of the equipment, can make the printed pattern more exquisite and delicate.
