All detailed pictures are taken in physical print,
However, there will be a little color displayed by different mobile devices.
You can contact the online customer service staff, send relevant materials, and watch the live proofing video.
Or on-site inspections, you can see the effects of proofs with your own eyes.

2  How do I know that the machine is suitable for my product?

Please consult the corresponding customer personnel in detail before ordering the machine,
When necessary, you can consider sending relevant materials. We print out the recorded video and send it back to the prototype for confirmation.
You can also come directly to the site to observe the actual operation of the equipment and inspect the first production site.
After confirming that the product is suitable for you, you can place an order for purchase. You can avoid unnecessary trouble.

3  What should I do next after receiving the machine?

Before signing for receipt, you must ensure that the outer box is intact and undamaged before signing for receipt.
After receiving the machine, please carefully watch the instruction manual corresponding to the user's use.
Check the consumable accessories box, and then dock with our corresponding after-sales personnel,
Online remote guidance training, use and daily maintenance of machine operation.

4  What should I do when the machine fails?

(The print head, ink supply system, and ink pump are consumables that are not covered by the warranty; other artificially damaged parts are not covered by the warranty.)
