The previous chapters have explained the usage of parameters in each interface in detail for all parameters. Through this section, you will master the basic startup and shutdown process, action debugging, nozzle calibration, and printing process of the printer. Please refer to the previous sections for specific calibration methods. instruction of.
Startup and shutdown operation
Boot sequence
Turn on the printer – turn on the computer – start the software – open the valve – squeeze the ink – turn on the flash jet
Shutdown sequence
Close the flash spray – close the software – close the valve – close the printer – close the computer
Debugging process
Test Preparation
Steps
Step ①. Installation environment conditions Confirm that the indoor temperature (20-30°) and humidity (30-70%) meet the installation requirements.
Step ②. The AC power must be effectively grounded, and the voltage difference between neutral and ground must be less than 3V.
Step ③. It is strongly recommended to use a voltage stabilizer for the working voltage. The computer power supply and the machine power supply use the same power supply.
Step ④. Connect the negative pressure tank, water tank, etc. to the printer.
Step ⑤. The computer system requires Win7 64-bit system or Win1064-bit system, memory ≥ 8G, the network adapter must be a Gigabit network.
Step ⑥. Install sharp printing software and high-speed spiral printing software.
Step ⑦. Have some tools, such as a screwdriver, Allen wrench, portable microscope, dust-free cloth, car stickers, trash can, etc.
Power-on test
Steps
Step ①. Power on to check whether the voltage is normal (220V, 24V, 36V, 37V)
Step ②. Test the action of the fixture (the taper, clamping, and lifting three-axis manual and automatic operation are normal)
Step ③. The software calibrates the gear ratio of the XYZ axis motor (the YZ axis will not be tested for later use).
Step ④. Ink path test to see if the ink supply is normal.
Step ⑤. Set the temperature of the secondary cartridge thermostat (35°)
Step ⑥. Set the nozzle configuration, load the waveform configuration, and set the nozzle voltage and temperature.
Step ⑦. UV lamp test (varnish color white lamp control is normal)
Step ⑧. Negative pressure system positive and negative pressure test (ink squeeze and negative pressure display normal)
Step ⑨. Software runaway test (manual and automatic runaway are normal)
Ink flow debugging
Steps
Step ①. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the ink bottle, start loading ink, and confirm that each ink channel corresponds to each other.
Step ②. Install the nozzle.
Step ③. Open the valve to inject ink into the nozzle by squeezing the ink, drain the air bubbles in the nozzle and adjust the negative pressure to an appropriate value.
Step ④. Open the software, turn on the flash spray switch, and check whether the nozzle has a flash spray
Step ⑤. Move the spray car to the position directly above the round bottle, turn on the flash spray for 3-5 seconds, and then turn it off to reset the spray car. Confirm whether the position is directly above the bottle through the flash spray diagram and if it is not centered, correct the front and rear positions of the debugging fixture.
Step ⑥. Print head calibration. 1) Nozzle status test; 2) Physical vertical calibration of the nozzle; 3) Step calibration (mainly step fine-tuning); 4) Horizontal color shift
Calibration (color registration in the left and right directions, mainly nozzle color registration and color nozzle column channel registration); 5) vertical color offset calibration (color registration in the rotation direction)
Step ⑦. Fine-tune the voltage and temperature according to the situation.
Step ⑧. Test printing and confirm the effect.
Debugging operation flow chart

Printing operation flow
Manual loading and unloading printing
Steps
Step ①. Put on the chuck and lock the screw, put the round mouth of the bottle into the chuck
Step ②. Manually clamp the material and raise it to a suitable printing height
Step ③. After adjusting the fixture, press the rotation key to confirm that the round bottle does not shake up and down when rotating.
Step ④. Adjust the taper of the fixture so that the round bottle is parallel to the nozzle.
Step ⑤. Adjust the distance between the nozzle and the round bottle, the height is 2mm.
Step ⑥. Set the diameter of the material on the software and click download, and set the gear ratio of the rotating motor.
Step ⑦. Select the sharpened image file (PRN format) and confirm the print mode.
Step ⑧. Set the X white border, and after confirming that the cooling water tank is turned on, click the start printing button of the software (manual mode).
Step ⑨. After the printing is completed, return the material and take off the sample to check whether there is any problem with the sample.
Automatic loading and unloading printing (continuous printing)
How to operate the fixture will not be repeated here, please refer to Section 1.2.2.3 Fixture Operation for details. The following loading and unloading operation steps must first debug the fixture.
Steps
Step ①. Put the round bottle on the tray with the adjusted position, and press the “loading start” button on the machine panel to make the jig automatically load.

Step ②. After the fixture is adjusted, untick the manual mode check box in the printing software, and set the printing quantity, as shown in the figure below:

Step ③. Click the “Print” button on the top of the software, and the sprayer is in the state of waiting for printing.
Step ④. When the operation mode of the touch screen is automatic, click the “one-key print” button on the operation panel, and the sprayer will start to print automatically.

Step ⑤. After the printing is finished, the jig will automatically unload the material and drop it to the set position. At the same time, the “printing complete” buzzer starts beeping to indicate that the current task has been printed.
Step ⑥. After the unloading action stops, take the sample and check for acceptance.
Step ⑦. Continue to place the next round bottle to be printed on the tray (it must be adjusted in advance), press the “Loading Start” button on the operation panel, and after the loading is completed, press the ” One-key print” button, the sprayer will start to print automatically. Print in this way until the set number of prints is printed.
