1) Test scope:

1. Ink adhesion.

2. Ink smell.

3. Ink color.

4. Ink ductility.

5. Ink fluidity.

2) Test tools:

1. Syringe.

2. Needle tube.

3. Cleaning fluid.

4. UV ink.

5. Sample material.

6. Disposable gloves.

7. File.

8. Tray.

3) Test environment:

1. Air humidity 30%-70%;

2. Air temperature 20℃-32℃;

3. No wind and no sunlight indoors;

4. LED curing lamp;

5. Test in production mode.

6. No coating link.

4) Test steps:

1. Extract cleaning liquid from the tray

2. Clean the nozzle

3. Clean the metal secondary ink cartridge

4. Extract the test UV ink

5. Inject into the secondary ink cartridge

6. Place the material on the platform

7. Select white ink for printing

8. Fold and stretch test

9. File test(metalworking and woodworking tool)

Ink model: Micolorprint-uv ink (neutral)

Test time: July 22, 2025

Test content: Detect ink color, odor, and printing adhesion

Test results: Refer to the table below

Odor Compared with the original ink, the odor is smaller, and there is no odor 1 hour after printing

Color Magenta M color tends to be rose red, and the color after printing is not as bright as the original ink. And other colors have no deviation

Adhesion Metal Wood Acrylic OK (good effect without coating) OK OK OK

Ductility. Generally, there are slight cracks when printing on leather, and other materials are OK

Smoothness: No ink breakage during 4 hours of continuous printing, and follow-up observation
