Ordinary UVOP varnish
OP varnish refers to a thin varnish applied from the ink roller. It is difficult to improve the gloss due to the thin coating, and it is mainly used to increase the friction resistance of the surface.
Pad UVOP varnish
It is a varnish used to reduce the gloss of the surface, using a mat material to create irregularities on the surface, diffusely reflect light, and exert a matting effect.
Silicone mixed UVOP varnish
It can also be directly bonded to special raw materials such as plastics and inks, and it can be used to protect the surface of UV ink from falling off and raw fabrics through the sliding effect of mixed silicon.
Antistatic UVOP varnish
By applying a varnish containing an antistatic agent on the plastic surface that is usually easy to charge, the surface resistance can be suppressed to the 11th to 12th power of 10. It exerts its power much more than in normal conditions after the raw material is rubbed.
UV varnish
It can form a coating more than five times thicker than real OP varnish, while achieving ultra-gloss not inferior to the film bonding process, greatly improving the wear resistance of the pattern.
