Fans in the shape of fans, circles, peaches, waist circles, hexagons, rectangles, etc., are placed directly on the printing platform, and the equipment will automatically print the pattern in position (now there is visual positioning technology, the equipment can automatically locate the shape on the platform and print automatically).
3. Diverse styles
The patterns of the UV printing process are drawn by computer drawing software, which is simple and easy to operate. The styles of the fans produced are cartoon, retro, fresh, ink, court style, pastoral style, healing, etc., suitable for children, teenagers, students, and other groups of people.

Since the fan ribs or fan handles are in frequent contact with hands, moisture, and dust, they will come into contact with the hands. If no post-processing is performed, it is easy to fade. After the pattern is printed, spray a layer of varnish. If it is a craft fan for decoration, it is also OK without post-processing.
It is recommended that UV printing technology be used for printing on bamboo, wood, and metal fans, which have high added value and low market competition. If it is an advertising fan (plastic), the added value is too low, and the competition is relatively fierce.
