The first step is to clean the surface of the printing material so that there is no dirt.
The specific method is: to use a clean and lint-free cloth to wipe the surface of the material, pull it down once when wiping, and do not wipe back and forth, as it may scratch the surface of the material.
The second step is to spray a layer of coating on the surface of the material.
Since the surface of the material is very smooth, the ink will be wiped off as soon as it hits it, so it is necessary to spray a layer of coating on the surface to increase the adhesion of the ink and make the image complete, clear, and beautiful. The spray coating is a kind of technical work. If it is not sprayed properly, some places are thick, and some places are thin; it can be clearly seen that there is a problem with the display image. At present, there are two kinds of coatings on the market: one is the ratio of coating to curing agent of 1:1, and the other is 1:3.
The third step is to start printing.
Before starting work, be sure to check whether the flatbed printer is normal. It is important to check the status of the nozzle to ensure that it can work normally. The temperature of the printing environment is best controlled at about 23°C. After printing, check whether there is a wire drawing, exposed white edges, etc.
The fourth step is to bake or dry the printed material.
The baking should be controlled within half an hour, and the temperature should be controlled at about 120 ℃, so as not to cause the ink to change color due to the high temperature and affect the printing effect. It takes about 1-2 hours to dry.
