UV Flatbed Printer Circulation Pump Noise Solution(DTG/DTF Printer Pump Noise Solution The Same One)

When the UV flatbed printer circulation pump produces noticeable and continuous noise, it is necessary to check promptly for possible faults to prevent serious issues that could affect the normal circulation of UV ink supply. There are four common causes: normal diaphragm pump circulation, low rotation speed, diaphragm damage, and motor looseness. 1. Normal diaphragm pump circulation Different manufacturers use diaphragm pumps of varying power levels in their UV flatbed printers. In multi-head industrial UV flatbed printers, the diaphragm pump has relatively higher power, which generates louder noise during operation; in contrast, consumer models use lower power pumps with less noise. When noise occurs, if it is rhythmic and stable, it is generally considered normal circulation and does not require attention.   2. Reducing rotation speed As long as the ink supply and printing are not affected, the circulation pump speed can be reduced. This will lower the noise level and protect technicians’ hearing from long-term exposure.   3. Damaged diaphragm Check if the diaphragm of the pump is damaged. If so, the noise will not only become louder but also harsher and prolonged. In this case, contact the original UV flatbed printer manufacturer to request a replacement diaphragm.   4. Motor looseness If the diaphragm pump motor is loose, it will physically increase vibration and generate noise. Simply turn off the UV flatbed printer and re-secure the loose motor.   If possible, a separate workshop can be built for the UV flatbed printer, allowing technicians to operate the computer

UV printer protection bottle into the ink solution(high-speed tumbler bottler printer/uv flatbed printer)

UV Printer Ink Protection Bottle Filled with Ink – Causes and Solutions   If ink enters the UV printer’s protection bottle, it will directly prevent ink supply, and the printhead will be unable to print patterns normally. This type of failure is generally caused by one of three issues: negative pressure adjustment too low, causing backflow, an abnormal secondary ink tank sensor, or abnormalities in the ink supply circuit.  1. Negative Pressure Adjustment Too Low, Leading to Backflow   If the negative pressure value of the ink supply is set too low, UV ink may backflow, preventing smooth ink delivery to the printhead. The solution is to adjust the negative pressure back to normal using the software settings. If the printer uses a manual system, adjust it manually. ⚠️ Note: The proper negative pressure value varies depending on the UV flatbed printer model—there is no universal standard range.    2. Abnormal Secondary Ink Tank Sensor   If the secondary ink tank sensor malfunctions, check whether the sensor has sunk. If it has, lift it back up. If it repeatedly sinks after being lifted, the sensor is faulty, and the secondary ink tank needs to be replaced.    3. Ink Supply Circuit Abnormalities   Check whether the ink supply circuit has unstable voltage or damaged/shorted wiring. If such issues are present, power off the equipment and repair the circuit before resuming use.

UV Flatbed Printer Buying Guide

UV Flatbed Printer Buying Guide   This UV flatbed printer buying guide analyzes the selection process from three perspectives: the user, the manufacturer, and the equipment itself. It does not recommend any specific brand or model of UV flatbed printer. Instead, readers can filter their options according to their own needs. At the end of this article, we also list 10 common questions users have when purchasing UV flatbed printers, along with detailed answers.    I. The User    1. Budget! Budget! Budget!   It cannot be emphasized enough—without considering the budget, any discussion about purchasing is meaningless. The market price of UV flatbed printers generally falls into four categories:   a. Under USD 7,200 Mostly small modified UV flatbed printers, commonly A1, A2, A3, and A4 models. Print heads are usually consumer Epson series or small Ricoh heads.  Drawbacks: High failure rate, short lifespan of print heads, and troublesome maintenance. Suitable only for practice or entry-level use.  With ongoing inkjet technology improvements, some small desktop UV flatbed printers equipped with high-quality print heads now have lower failure rates and are easier to use—though they are limited in print size.   b. USD 7,200 – 14,300 Primarily consumer-grade UV flatbed printers, with common models like 1015, 1325, 1610, 2513, high-speed tumbler botte printer, etc.  Print heads include Epson 5th generation, Toshiba, Konica, and mid-range Seiko heads.  Key point: Larger printers generally have lower-spec print heads and fewer in number; smaller printers tend to have higher-spec and more print heads.  In

UV Flatbed Printer Software Voltage and Temperature Abnormality Solution

Solutions for UV Flatbed Printer Software Voltage and Temperature Abnormalities   If the software of a UV flatbed printer shows abnormal voltage or temperature readings, the printer may fail to eject ink properly. This issue is typically caused by five common factors, which can be resolved by checking them one by one.   1. Poor Communication with the Printhead Board Check whether the signal transmission between the printhead board and the system is stable. If communication is faulty, inspect whether the printhead board is burnt or if its electronic components are damaged. If so, contact the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to send a replacement printhead board.   2. Poor Contact in Printhead Data Cable Inspect the data cable interface on the printhead to see if it is corroded, broken, or loose. This is usually easy to identify. If there is poor contact, either replace the cable or firmly reinsert it into the connector. 3. Software Restart Required Power off the UV flatbed printer and restart the software on the connected computer. Then check whether the voltage and temperature readings return to normal.   4. Abnormal Voltage in the Printhead Power Box Open the printer’s power box cover and check whether the printhead power supply voltage is within the normal range. If not, inspect whether the voltage stabilizer is functioning correctly. This issue is relatively rare.   5. Printhead Control Board Failure If all the above checks are completed and the software still shows abnormal voltage or temperature, the printhead

Solution for Ink Accumulation on the Surface of UV Flatbed Printer Printhead

After prolonged use, it is common for ink to accumulate on the surface of UV flatbed printer printheads. If left unaddressed, this can eventually lead to printhead clogging. There are generally five main causes of this issue. Depending on the specific printer design from different manufacturers, the number of causes may vary (some may have 4, others up to 7), but understanding the following five reasons can help resolve over 90% of ink accumulation problems.   1. Ink Dripping Caused by Low Negative Pressure   When the negative pressure is too low, it can cause ink to drip from the printhead. The solution is to restore the negative pressure to the proper range, either through software or manual adjustment.   Note: Different printer manufacturers may use different negative pressure values, so it’s best to consult the original equipment supplier before making changes. 2. Ink Mist Caused by Excessive Print Height   Different printhead models have varying ejection forces. For example, in production mode, some printheads operate at a height of 3 mm, others at 2 mm. If the print height is too high, ink misting may occur. Lower the print height appropriately to resolve the issue.   3. Foreign Objects on the Printhead Surface   Dust or other debris from the workshop environment may settle on the surface of the printhead. In such cases, simply clean the surface thoroughly to remove any foreign matter.   4. Normal Phenomenon Due to High Ink Output   When printing high-coverage or heavily saturated

Causes and Solutions for Not Ejecting Ink of The UV Flatbed Printer Head

Common Causes of UV Flatbed Printer Printhead Not Ejecting Ink (Nozzle Blockage or Ink Drop Failure)   Ink ejection failure from the UV flatbed printer printhead is an issue that can occur during normal operation. There are generally 8 primary causes of this problem. Depending on the printer’s brand and internal design, there may be 6 to 10 possible reasons. However, understanding the following 8 causes can help resolve 99% of printhead ink ejection issues. 1. Negative Pressure Out of Working Range   Adjust the negative pressure settings of the UV flatbed printer to bring them back within the normal operating range. (Since each manufacturer may define a different ideal range, it is advisable to record your equipment’s baseline values for future reference.) The adjustment can be done manually or automatically through the printer software.   2. Ink Supply Issues   Check whether the UV ink has expired, coagulated, or degraded in quality. These issues can prevent ink from reaching the printhead. If any of these conditions are found, simply replace the ink with a new, high-quality batch.   3. Ink Path or Printhead Blockage   If the ink path or printhead is severely clogged, use a specialized cleaning solution to flush the system. You can judge whether the blockage has been cleared by observing continuous bead-like ink lines from the printhead. It is recommended to replace the ink tubes approximately every six months.   4. Missing Printhead Temperature Signal   Check whether the printhead’s heating mechanism is functioning
